Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

PROMOCIONES LES DUNES, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER's personal data and informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

In order to maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing activities envisaged are:

• Sending commercial and advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, whether currently existing or developed in the future, that enables commercial communications. On what legal basis may we process your personal data?

The processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR on the following grounds:

• On the basis of the DATA CONTROLLER's legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analyses, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER's request.

How long will we retain your personal data?

Personal data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as required by applicable legal retention periods. Once the data is no longer necessary for these purposes, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or its complete destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

The rights available to the USER are:

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or provided in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the service provider to process their request. Providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and assumes responsibility for informing the DATA CONTROLLER of any changes to such data.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs users that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If all the requested data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully adapted to the USER's needs.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and expressly adheres to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies in order to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they may exercise those rights.
